As you know ELKA works hard for the quality of its extensions. Knowing that our hair is raw and comes from an organic collection process, we cannot guarantee the same color and pattern from bundle to bundle. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you purchase your bundles in one order. So when processing the order, we make sure to have the most identical bundles for you.
refund policy
Hair extensions (Bundles, Closures and frontals) & Ready to ship Units.
All bundles, closure and frontals are refundable and exchangeable only if the item you receive is damaged, broken, defective or does not match your order.
In this case, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt and once approved, you must return the defective order or item to us within the next 5 days for either a refund, exchange or credit on your future purchases. .
Shipping is entirely at our expense, we reserve the right to communicate the method of shipment to you.
Design and Ready to wear Units.
The Design your Wig service and the ready-to-wear units wigs are customized for you, unfortunately this section does not accept exchanges or refunds. Because the units follow a process to precisely meet your needs. For these we do not accept any returns or refunds, they are considered final sales.
Lashes & Products and accessoires.
All lashes, products and accessories are fully refundable and exchangeable.
It is important to notify us within 3 days of receipt and once approved, you must return the order or item to us within the next 5 days for either a refund, exchange or credit on future purchases.
Shipping is entirely at the customer’s expense, we suggest that you use a carrier that gives you the right to a tracking number for your package.
Our advice: In order to avoid any inconvenience related to exchanges and returns, we suggest contacting us if you have any questions in order to be able to best guide your shopping experience.

Processing times vary from 5 to 20 business days depending on the item you order. The processing time is precisely indicated in the description of the units.
For bundles, closures, frontals and lashes, processing time is around 5-7 days before we ship it out
Rush time is possible, but we suggest to discuss with us prior.
Shipping time depends on the regional area and the shipping option you have chosen.

National area (Canada) : 3-7 days
